Guide for law enforcement officers The enforcement unit has made available its popular "Guide for Law Enforcement Officers." The booklet is designed to give Oregon law enforcement officers a basic working knowledge of Oregon's securities laws. The booklet covers types of securities, examples of securities fraud, and indications of securities violations. In addition, a preliminary securities investigation checklist, search warrant preparation information, and a description of resources available to law enforcement personnel is also included.
