Please join us for a free Mortgage Loan Clinic. Mortgage lending examiners from the State of Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services will be on hand to help you understand your loan documents, and foreclosure counselors from nonprofit organizations can discuss your options and ways to prevent foreclosure.

This event is intended for homeowners who live in their home as a primary residence.

Homeowners will need to bring the following documents to the clinic:
  • Deed of Trust and Note
  • Good Faith Estimate and Truth-in-Lending disclosures
  • Copy of mortgage loan application
  • Final Settlement Statement or HUD-1
  • Copy of credit report, if possible (click here to get a free copy of your credit report)
